This coffee comes from Chiapas, Mexico, through a collaboration with Ally and Cafeología, an organization dedicated to strengthening coffee-growing communities through research, education, and direct collaboration with small-scale producers. Their work supports traditional farming practices, improves quality, and creates long-term opportunities for future generations.
